Refund Policy for Brand-New Products

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • The product should be in its original, unopened packaging and accompanied by valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice).
  • Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

  • A deduction of 50 to 100 AED will be applied for small items and 100 to 200 AED for large items to cover shipping costs.
  • Reasons for Deductions:
